High Chromium Alloy Plate Hammer

The overall liquid quenching process is used for high chromium alloy plate hammers, overcoming the heat treatment defects of uneven and impermeable air cooling. The material is made of hypereutectic high chromium cast iron, with a carbide structure of M7C3 exceeding 50%. The overall hardness reaches HRC61 or above, which is more than 1.5 times the wear resistance of ordinary BTMCr26.
