Ceramic Alloy Jaw

Our Alloy jaw plate is a new product of BFF. The high manganese steel matrix is made of Mn18Cr2 material. Through a special casting process, ceramic alloy is inlaid on the impact surface of the jaw plate, which doubles the wear resistance of the product. It is widely used in mines of high silicon content which cause high wear loss, such as quartz, iron, and fluorite ore.
